Loved the venue, the lunch and the atmosphere - a super afternoon.

Very disappointed in the ridiculous arrangements for tea and coffee. To invite between 300 and 400 women to queue up and pour their own tea an coffee from self service flasks was asking for disaster. Issue not helped by supercilious young manager!

I was with a party of 16 for a golfing weekend. we felt that the staff at Westerwood made us feel really welcome,and the staff were friendly and helpful,the food was great,the pool area was nice for relexing.we all enjoyed the entertainment at night,and last but not least the colf course was challenging but very good.

the bar services in the down stairs bar was a bit slow.
